Workshop Assistant: Apply Now
Good Chance and our partners are Gecko Theatre are looking for two Workshop Assistants for a new performance project with young people. We’re keen to meet someone with energy, enthusiasm, who is great with people and excited to develop their creative, workshop-leading and administrative skills.
The Workshop Assistant role is a training and development role, open specifically to people from a refugee or asylum seeking background with lived experience of displacement.
We’re looking for two Workshop Assistants - one based in London, one based in Essex.

Central to Good Chance’s mission is our Artist Development programme, where we create opportunities for displaced artists to become an integral part of the UK theatre ecosystem. Stage Door
The Stage Door Programme is an opportunity for young people from refugee backgrounds to gain paid, part-time, flexible work experience in an arts organisation, from arts administration, producing and marketing to events and backstage. Applications open yearly and we’d love to hear from you.
