WHAT YOU CAN DO
FUNDRAISING
Our vital work is possible thanks to people like you who host events and take up challenges to raise funds. There are many ways to get involved and we’re here to support you every step of the way!
Lots of people come to us with their incredible fundraising ideas. We’ve put a few up here to encourage your own, including long term friends of Good Chance, Greenside Primary School and Emily’s Garden Foundation - thank you so much for your support.
If you need any help with setting up your fundraising event, please contact Philip Cowell, Head of Creative Development, at philip@goodchance.org.uk
-
Do a Sponsored Walk or Run
Pick your event and sign up to walk or run for Good Chance, a sponsored hug, even a sponsored dance - anything that puts a smile on your face! We’ll get our supporters involved and, if we can make it, we’ll even come and cheer you on from the sidelines.
-
Host a Good Chance Dinner
Invite your friends round, make something incredibly delicious, charge a donation fee, read some Good Chance poems from our Change the Word anthology, invite people to bring instruments and even encourage someone present to pledge to host the next one.

Set up a School Fete
What’s not to love? Cupcake sales, tombolas, arts and crafts, face painting - the lot! Host your school fete or event and get in touch if we can help promote it and be involved in any way possible.
