WORK WITH US

Producer

Good Chance is seeking an exceptional Producer to join our team. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for using the power of theatre to change lives and minds, with an excellent track record as a theatre producer and skills that span developing new work, commercial theatre, and site-specific or outdoor artworks. The Producer will lead on specific productions and projects as well as working alongside our Head of Programmes and other members of the producing team. The role will lead on producing and transferring major productions and will be one of the lead producers of any new large-scale major public artworks, as well as producing smaller-scale theatre work.

This role comes at an incredibly exciting time for the company; our production of Kyoto is currently running in the West End in co-production with the RSC and has just been nominated for the Olivier Award for Best New Play, and we are in a phase of development for our ambitious artistic programme 2025-2027 and beyond, which this role will take a lead on producing. This includes more major theatre productions in the pipeline for 2026 and 2027, scope for more productions at small, mid and large scale and the development of our next big public artwork.

Salary: £38,000-41,000 per annum
Hours: 5 days per week, 10am – 6pm
Location: Rich Mix, 35-47 Bethnal Green Road, London. Good Chance is currently operating through hybrid working; most team members work from the office Tuesday – Thursday, and either home or the office on Monday and Friday.
