Artist Development
Central to Good Chance’s mission is our Artist Development programme, where we create opportunities for displaced artists to become an integral part of the UK theatre ecosystem. Volunteering
Our theatres and projects are open spaces of creativity that celebrate diversity and difference. They wouldn’t exist without our incredible family of volunteers. Stage Door
The Stage Door Programme is an opportunity for young people from refugee backgrounds to gain paid, part-time, flexible work experience in an arts organisation, from arts administration, producing and marketing to events and backstage. Applications open yearly and we’d love to hear from you.
